Clarksville Parks and Recreation’s Summer Youth Program winds up with big events

Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department’s six week Summer Youth Program comes to a close Saturday, July 16th. Summer Youth Program participants and their families will enjoy an outdoor showing of the movie, “Despicable Me” at Heritage Park, located at 1241 Peachers Mill Road.  Staff awards will be given prior to the movie.

Prior to the big end of program bash, The Roxy Regional Theatre’s Summer Playhouse will hold a special performance Thursday, July 14th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Roxy Regional Theater, located at 100 Franklin Street.  The “Informance” will include dance performances as well as improvisation performances by the participants of the Summer Playhouse.
