Clarksville, TN – On Monday, April 30th, 2018 around 11:45pm, Clarksville Police report a 19 year old man was driving a Mitsubishi Lancer north on Ringgold Road at a high rate of speed, drove off the left side of the roadway, crashed into an unoccupied Chevrolet Suburban at 614 Ringgold Road causing it to leave the parked position on a concrete driveway, coming to rest in a neighbor’s yard.

The Mitsubishi continued onward stopping within inches of a residence.
The driver was uninjured.
The driver was cited for Failure to use Reasonable Care.
