Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has closed Main Street from Fourth Street to University Avenue for water service line repair.
Traffic will be detoured to Fourth Street and Franklin Street. Motorists are asked to slow down, be alert to utility workers and their equipment, and choose an alternate travel route when possible.
The water service line repair is anticipated to be finished, and the road will be reopened by approximately 3:30pm.
