Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has planned to close Cumberland Drive from Crossland Avenue to Hickory Grove Boulevard on Wednesday, April 17th, 2024, at 8:00am for water service line repair.
To avoid the work zone, traffic will be detoured to Crossland Avenue, Hickory Grove, and Woodmont Boulevard. Motorists are asked to slow down and be alert to utility workers and their equipment or choose an alternate travel route when possible.
The water service line repair is anticipated to be finished and the road reopened by approximately 4:00pm.
