Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department (CPD) is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile, 14-year-old Makhai Haley, (black male).
He was last seen on August 30th at his residence on Paradise Hill Road. His mother has been in contact with him through Instagram, but he refuses to come home.
