Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department reports that the victim of the fatal crash on Madison Street yesterday, April 4th, 2023, has been identified as 56-year-old Mark Norman of Clarksville, the next of kin notifications have been made.
This is still an ongoing investigation and CPD is asking anyone with information or additional video footage of this crash to contact FACT Investigator Creighton, at 931.648.0656, ext. 5367.
