Clarksville Gas and Water Department plans Water Outage, Road Closure for College Street

Traffic Detour; Seventh Street and Red River Street

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has planned a water outage on Tuesday, May 24th, 2022 at 10:00pm on College Street from Seventh Street to Poston Street for water valve replacement.

Low water pressure may also affect the vicinity during the work.

College Street will be closed from Seventh Street to Poston Street and motorists will be detoured to 7th Street and Red River Street to avoid the work zone.

The water valve replacement work is anticipated to be finished, water service restored, and the road reopened by approximately 5:00a. on Wednesday, May 25th.
