Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police have charged three men and a juvenile after police responded to a call about four individuals sitting inside of a vehicle flipping a gun around. This was at an apartment complex in the 2700 block of Trenton Road, around 1:30am.
When officers arrived, an odor of marijuana could be detected and one of the men had a handgun in his lap.
After the men exited the vehicle, there were eight firearms found inside of the vehicle, three of which were found to be stolen from Clarksville vehicle burglaries.
Also, marijuana was found inside of the vehicle.
Three adults and a juvenile were taken in custody and charged.
The following adults were booked into the Montgomery County Jail:
Shomari Moody
Shomari Moody, age 18, was charged with Burglary, Theft of Property, Simple Possession, and Unlawful Carrying of a Deadly Weapon. His bond is set at $35,000.
Nekhael Ross
Nekhael Ross, age 21, was charged with Theft of Property and Simple Possession. His bond is set at $15,000.
Deonte Taylor
Deonte Taylor, age 20 was charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Deadly Weapon and Simple Possession. His bond is set at $15,000.
Juvenile
The Juvenile, age 17 was charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Deadly Weapon and Simple Possession. The Juvenile was Cited and Released to the custody of a family member.
