Meet and Greet for the Candidates to be held in Clarksville on Friday

Election 2018Clarksville, TN – Local group, Clarksville Indivisible, will host a meet and greet for the progressive Democratic and Independent candidates on Friday, March 23rd, 2018 from 6:00pm-7:00pm.

The event will be held at Wicked Good Sandwiches, 605 Cumberland Drive in Clarksville.

This is a kid friendly event and all are welcome.

The following candidates have confirmed:

US Congress candidate for Tennessee’s 7th District Justin Kanew

Tennessee House of Representatives:

District 67 candidate Jason Hodges

District 68 candidate Denis Potvin

District 74 candidate Billy Brochert

Trustee – Kimberly Bond Wiggins

Chris Rasnic – Montgomery County Commission District 17

Rashida Leverett – Montgomery County Commission District 5

Other candidates have been invited but they have not confirmed.

It is election season in Montgomery County and this is an opportunity to ask questions of these candidates and meet them personally. These candidates will be on the ballot in the State Primary and County General Election on August 2nd, 2018 and the State General and City Election on November 6th, 2018.
