Clarksville Police make arrests in Fort Campbell Boulevard Homicide

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police have arrested two men for the homicide which occurred at 3193 Fort Campbell Boulevard, Independence Place Apartments on Sunday, January 14th, 2018.

The victim of the homicide was Keondre Jenkins, 20. During the course of their investigation and based on witness interviews, detectives determined Jamarcus Edwards, 21 was the driver of a vehicle and provided a handgun to Prince-Jamal Ligon, 20, who shot Keondre Jenkins.

Ligon shot and hit Jenkins from inside of the vehicle which Edwards was driving.

Any additional information is case sensitive and will come to light during the trial.

Jamarcus Edwards and Prince-Jamal Ligon were both booked into the Montgomery County Jail and charged with Criminal Homicide. They are currently being held without bond.

They were booked around 3:00pm on Monday, January 15th, 2018.
