Clarksville, TN – Missing juvenile Taylor Binker has been located and is safe. The juvenile was located after a person recognized the runaway through information put out through media channels and notified the Clarksville Police Department.
On December 4th, Taylor Binker, 17 was reported as a runaway and has not been located.
On December 11th, a handwritten note was found at the residence brought to Clarksville Police police saying the juvenile was also suicidal.
