Montgomery County, TN – Montgomery County Election Commission is the latest county department to become Clarksville-Montgomery County Green Certified.
Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett, Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan were present at the green ribbon cutting to congratulate Vickie Koelman and the employees.

Koelman mentioned that it was because of the support of the Election Commission and the ideas from her staff that her office has taken so many steps to save and “go green”. She gave special recognition to Brandi Ficklin, who serves as a Deputy at the Election Commission, for leading the green initiative.
The mission of the Montgomery County Election Commission is to promote voter registration and the electoral process, to secure the freedom and purity of the ballot, to provide federal, state, and local election products and services to the citizens of Montgomery County, so they have equal access to the election process and may exercise their right to vote in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
