Clarksville Parks and Recreation to hold Fun With Fido event September 24th

Clarksville Parks and Recreation DepartmentClarksville, TN – Bring your 4-legged family members for a day of contests, prizes and more the final Fun with Fido event of the season on Saturday, September 24th.

This fun, free event will take place from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at King’s Run Bark Park located at Liberty Park.

Clarksville Parks and Recreation - Fun with Fido

The event will kick-off at 1:00pm, with an agility and flyball demonstration by Playful Pups Agility, followed by games at 2:00pm and a costume contest at 2:30pm.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finalists! There is no cost to enter the costume contest. Register at the event.

All registrants must be present 15-minutes prior to contest start time. Come out and watch, even if your dog isn’t competing.

Businesses that promote dog-related programs, services and products are encouraged to participate by contacting us at parksrec@cityofclarksville.com or visiting us at the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Office at 102 Public Square.

Fun with Fido, an event series that began in 2014, encourages owners and their four-legged family members to have an active lifestyle and to enjoy our parks. Fun with Fido hosts fours seasonal events per year.
