Montgomery County, TN – The latest business to complete the requirements for the Clarksville-Montgomery County Green Certification Program and become Green Certified is Honest-1 Auto Care.
There to congratulate owners Kristi and Tucker Seiber and their staff, were Chamber of Commerce Director Melinda Shepard, City of Clarksville Chief of Staff Charlie Gentry, Montgomery County Communications Director Elizabeth Black and CMC Green Certification Steering Committee Member Daryl Pater.

“The emphasis on environmental stewardship was one of the attributes that attracted us to Honest-1,” said Kristi Seiber. Tucker Seiber added, “Some things like recycling used oil, oil filters, the products people normally recycle and waste water removal were all initiatives required by the franchise.”
“In addition, we’ve worked with our employees to make sure that our conservation efforts were successful. Our old tires are reused by another company, we shut down the equipment in our offices and garage area daily, we adjust thermostats after hours to conserve energy and have increased our use of technology through email notifications and direct deposit. It is working well for us,” stated Tucker Seiber.
Clarksville has the first Honest-1 Auto Care franchise in the State of Tennessee, the nation’s only ecofriendly franchise.
