Clarksville Police Department cites five businesses during April 7th Alcoholic Beverage Commission Operation

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Thursday, April 7th, 2016, Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Agents of the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operation Unit conducted operations targeting the sales of alcohol to underage persons.

Compliance checks were done on eight businesses with only three businesses being found in compliance. Five businesses were cited for sales of alcohol to underage persons.

These types of operations are ongoing in an attempt to prevent the sales of alcohol to underage persons.

Agent David Bramel and Agent Vince Duke are the lead investigators.
