Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports that on Saturday, June 6th or Sunday, June 7th, from 8:00am – 4:00pm, there will be rolling roadblocks on I-24 westbound, between MM 11.0 and MM 8.0, in order install bridge beams. The roadblocks will occur in approximately 20-minute intervals.
This is part of the bridge replacement project over Interstate 24 (Exit 8) on State Route 237.
TDOT Maintenance: Middle Tennessee
On Thursday, June 4th through Wednesday June 10th, from 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as-needed basis:
- I-24 Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
- I-65 Davidson, Robertson, and Williamson Counties
- I-40 Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, and Humphreys Counties
On Thursday June 4th through Wednesday June 10th, from 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee for tree trimming and removal on an as-needed basis:
- I-24 Cheatham, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
- I-65 Maury and Robertson Counties
- I-40 Cheatham, Dickson, Hickman and Humphreys Counties
Davidson County
On Thursday June 4th through Wednesday June 10th, from 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be mobile operations in various locations for sweeping operations. This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes.
On Thursday June 4th through Wednesday June 10th, from 9:00am-3:00pm and 7:00pm-5:00am, there will be alternating lane closures on Briley Parkway (SR 155) in both directions, between Ashland City Highway (SR 12) and Centennial Boulevard, in order for milling and paving. One lane will remain open in each direction.
Dickson County
On Tuesday June 9th, from 7:00pm through Wednesday June 10th, 5:00am, SR 48 will be closed between Harris Road and Moore Hollow Road in order to replace a culvert. Detours will be in place. Flaggers will be utilized.
Cheatham County
Bridge Replacement on I-40 over the Harpeth River
From now through July 2016, Anderson Road at the I-40 overpass will be closed. Detours are in place.
