They have also given the Chamber an opportunity to examine the tools that communities use to incent development and redevelopment.

Located just north of Indianapolis in Hamilton County, Carmel is a dynamic edge city with award-winning schools, thriving businesses, and family-oriented neighborhoods. In 2012, Carmel was selected as the “Best Place to Live in America” by CNN Money Magazine.

We will also look at the role the city played in developing a performing arts center and town center that now serve as home to the vast majority of community-based events and activities. The registration fee of $500.00 per person includes meals, one night’s stay in a hotel and transportation. Contact Mark Hays at markh@clarksville.tn.us or 931.245.4339 to RSVP.
