Clarksville Parks and Recreation’s Kleeman Community Center offers positive alternative to teens

Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – The Kleeman Community Center, located at 166 Cunningham Lane, offers a positive alternative to teens in the community with the Teen Challenge Recreation and Education Program.

The Teen Challenge will be held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 2:30pm to 5:00pm through May 22nd.

Mondays will feature sporting events while Wednesdays will offer a class on different issues that teens face everyday such as risky behaviors, eating disorders, peer pressure and more. Fridays will feature the creation of arts and craft projects using recycled and repurposed items.

The Teen Challenge is open to ages 10 to 15 and is free to participate.
