Jovana Karac has been a big part of the recent turnaround. The sophomore from Serbia has won four of her last five matches, including both of last weekend’s tilts, at No. 5 singles to buoy the bottom half of the Lady Govs lineup.
Murray State (7-7, 4-1 OVC) enters Tuesday’s contest with a three-match win streak of its own. The Racers’ Carla Suga (7-5 at No. 2 singles) and freshman Megan Blue (9-4 at No. 3) have been the dominant forces for Murray State in singles and form a No. 2 doubles duo that is 5-4 this season.
