Latest Innovation Offers Control, Convenience to Tech-Savvy Customers
Clarksville, TN – First Advantage Bank continues to expand its offerings with a new, innovative suite of financial products and services for smartphone users.
The multifunctional FAB Mobile Banking suite is now available for free to anyone with a First Advantage Bank account. The suite offers three ways for users to access accounts including a Mobile Banking App, Mobile Texting, and Mobile Web Browser.

They want to access their bank accounts whenever they want, wherever they are. They want convenience. They want control. With this technology we are giving customers the tools they need to manage their money in a way that fits their lifestyles,” said First Advantage Bank CEO Earl Bradley.First Advantage Bank used customer input to design the FAB Mobile Banking suite and has released it to market after several months of research, development and testing. The bank has also invested heavily to ensure FAB Mobile Banking protects customers with unique logins and secure transactions.
The FAB Mobile Banking App can be downloaded free via iPhone or Android device. Customers can use the App to perform a variety of functions for their personal accounts without having to call or visit a branch or even log in to a computer. Features such as paying bills, checking account balances and history, transferring funds, and finding bank locations and ATMs are all available at the customer’s finger tips.
Mobile Texting is a quick and easy way for customers to interact with First Advantage Bank and get an immediate response to inquiries about account balances and history, locations and ATMs, and other features.
Customers who use smartphones other than Apple or Android can perform many of the same functions available in FAB Online Banking by enrolling in FAB Mobile Browser.
Users must log in to FAB Online Banking to enroll in Texting or Mobile Browser.
Officials with First Advantage Bank said the bank is already working to develop additional features for FAB Mobile Banking, and that customer feedback will drive ongoing upgrades and new capabilities.
