Tennessee Department of Transportation Maintenance Work for Montgomery County area starting October 19th, 2012

Tennessee Department of TransportationNashville, TN – From Friday October 19th through Wednesday October 24th, (excluding weekends) 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be alternating lane closures on State Route 11 (U.S. 41) in both directions between mile marker 2.0 and mile marker 3.0 in order to mill, pave and stripe the roadway. One lane will remain open.

Starting Friday October 19th through Wednesday October 24th, (excluding weekends), 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be alternating lane closures on State Route 12 in both directions between mile marker 10.9 and mile marker 12.2 in order to mill, pave and stripe the roadway. One lane will remain open.

Cheatham, Montgomery and Robertson Counties

From Friday October 19th through Wednesday October 24th, (excluding weekends) 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be periodic lane closures in each direction on I-24 from the 14 mile marker to the 32 mile marker for chemical control of vegetation.

This will be a moving operation.

TDOT Maintenance – Middle Tennessee

From Friday, October 19th through Wednesday October 24th, 9:00am-3:00pm (excluding weekends) there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as needed basis:

  • I-24 Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
  • I-65 Davidson, Robertson, Williamson Counties
  • I-40 Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Humphreys Counties

Cheatham County

From Friday October 19th through Wednesday October 24th, (excluding weekends) 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be alternating lane closures on State Route 49 in both directions between mile marker 0 (Cheatham County and Dickson County line) and mile marker 1.0 also between mile marker 3 and mile marker 4 in order to mill, pave and stripe the roadway. One lane will remain open.

From Friday October 19th through Wednesday October 24th, (excluding weekends) 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be alternating lane closures on State Route 249 in both directions between mile marker 0 and mile marker 0.5 in order to pave and stripe the roadway. One lane will remain open.

Davidson County

From Friday October 19th through Wednesday October 24th, 9:00am-3:00pm, and 7:00pm-1:00am, there will be various shoulder closures in Davidson County for rock removal on all interstates. All lanes will remain open.

From Friday October 19th through Wednesday October 24th, 8:00pm-1:00am, there will be alternating lane closures on various state routes for crack sealing. One lane will remain open.

From Friday October 19th and Tuesday October 23rd, 8:00pm-1:00am, there will be alternating lane closures on SR 155 (Briley Parkway) in both directions between mile marker 10 and mile marker 12 for milling and paving. One lane will remain open.

Houston County

From Friday October 19th through Wednesday October 24th, (excluding weekends),9:00am-3:00pm, there will be temporary lane closures for paving over replaced culverts at the following locations:

  • State Route 46 at 5.5 Mile Marker to 6.5 Mile Marker
  • State Route 147 at 4.0 to 5.0 Mile Marker

Robertson County

From Friday October 19th through Wednesday October 24th, (excluding weekends) 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be alternating lane closures on State Route 11 (U.S. 41) in both directions between mile marker 21 and mile marker 22 also mile marker 23 and mile marker 24 in order to mill, pave and stripe the roadway. One lane will remain open.

From Friday October 19th through Wednesday October 24th, (excluding weekends), 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be alternating lane closures on State Route 76 in both directions between mile marker 2.5 and mile marker 3.5 in order to mill, pave and stripe the roadway. One lane will remain open.
