Clarksville, TN – Come out to Dunbar Cave State Park and join the park staff and the Friends of Dunbar Cave for their annual Cooling at the Cave and Anniversary Celebration with music, games and refreshments at the cool cave entrance.
All ages are welcome and admission is free (donations encouraged, T-shirts and postcards available to purchase).

1:00pm – Presentation – “Dunbar Cave History”, Michael Fulbright (limited seating available)
1:30pm – Refreshments – Hot dogs, baked beans, chips, & soft drinks on the lawn (Free to first 150 visitors)
2:00pm – Cake Cutting Ceremony
From 1:30pm – 3:00pm, Regional Interpretive Specialist David Haggard and his Bald Eagle; Tennessee State Parks’ Mascot Ramble the Raccoon; Parks Interpretive Trailer debut; unveiling of the Friends of Dunbar Cave Dr. David Snyder memorial “Snakes of Dunbar Cave” interpretive panel; donation of rocking chairs by Pi Kappa Alpha; and Friends of Dunbar Cave memberships, T-shirts, and other merchandise available for purchase.
3:00pm – 5:00pm – Cooling at the Cave – Relive Dunbar Cave’s past by enjoying the music of Cumberland Winds Dixie Band at the cool mouth of the Cave along with board games, fellowship, & home baked goodies compliments of Friends of Dunbar Cave.
