Fort Campbell, KY – The 96th Aviation Support Battalion held a change of command ceremony, June 20th, 2011, at 4:00pm to honor the outgoing battalion commander, Lt. Col. William Ferguson, and the incoming battalion commander, Lt. Col. Benjamin Bahoque.
Col. Bill Gayler, 101st Combat Aviation Brigade commander passed the 96th Aviation Support Battalion Colors from outgoing commander Lt. Col. William Ferguson and handed them to incoming commander, Lt. Col. Benjamin Bahoque. This gesture is done in front of the battalion so that all could see and witness their new leader assuming his dutiful position.
