Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are trying to locate a missing adult Jimmy Debevoise, age 36, height 6’2″, weight 175, with brown hair, and brown eyes. He has medical issues and was supposed to have returned home June 20th, 2019 but the family has not heard from or had contact with him.
